Nonprofit Board Members Development Program with Coaching
Nonprofit board members come from a variety of different backgrounds, but all of them share a commitment to the mission and vision of their organization. This program consists of two major components: asynchronous training on essential skills for board members, and team coaching to help your board identify and reach their goals.
Team Coaching
This program provides 6 nonprofit board members the experience of team coaching sessions, which includes a meeting with the Team Leader and Team Coach, informal team assessment, and two team meetings over a 3-month period. Your coach will work with your board to identify goals and work through questions that may come up as your work through your training together.
Asynchronous Training
The training components provides learners with the critical knowledge and skills required to serve on a nonprofit board. The content covers key topics including legal obligations, financial management, strategic planning, public communication, fundraising, leadership oversight, and measuring progress.
