Meet the ASPIRE Team
Scott Moores
Director of the Center for Continuing Education
Scott is a ‘96 graduate of Loyola’s Executive MBA Program. Holding both a PMP and Six-Sigma Greenbelt certification, Scott has specialized since 2001 in organizational development and project management.
Kristie Anders
Program Operations Director
Kristie Anders loves learning and seeing people grow. She started out as an elementary teacher and transitioned into designing learning for adults. She enjoys connecting people to learning that will help them reach their goals. She loves spending time with her husband and two kids and playing card games and board games.
Katherine Keefe
Leadership Programs Director
Katherine Keefe runs Leadership Essentials, a 6-month leadership development program, and the new LE Women's Group. Katherine brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit management, operations, fundraising, financial management, and human resources.
Leasa Hux
Marketing Manager
In 2023, Leasa was added to the ASPIRE team as a Marketing Manager. She brings with her 14 years of marketing experience, with 6 of those years in higher education sector. Leasa is passionate about education and does believe embracing ongoing learning endeavors does transform lives.
Gregg Nass
Business Development Consultant
Gregg has dedicated his career serving as a mission-driven head of finance, administration, human resources and strategic planning. Gregg previously helped his employer organizations scale effectively and operate efficiently. Gregg works with ASPIRE to build Business to Business leadership training and workforce development partnerships.
LeShan Reid
Program Specialist
LeShan manages operational, customer service, and administrative functions within for ASPIRE. With over 15 years of experience in the educational field, LeShan has had roles in teaching at elementary and middle school levels, as well as administrative positions within Baltimore City Schools. She believes we are all lifelong learners and recognizes the importance of growth and personal development.
Rose Fefegula
Program Assistant
Rose Fefegula is a graduate of Marymount University, where she honed her unique blend of creativity and business acumen. With a profound dedication to fostering creativity, empowering students, and nurturing individual growth, Rose's career has been marked by unwavering inspiration and encouragement for those she mentors. She firmly believes in the boundless potential of every individual, exemplifying her open-minded perspective and innovative thinking.
