            ASPIRE's New Coaching Certificate Program

            Whether you are interested in taking a class or two to become more "coach-like" or all 5 courses for certification, our program has something for you!

            Our dynamic and student-centered program intertwines critical self-reflection, discernment, and principles of justice to train individuals in coaching. In each course, you will receive peer support, small-group coaching simulations, mentor coaching, hands-on practice, and continuous reflection to learn and practice coaching mindsets and strategies.

            BCHD Launches its First Leadership Development Training Program in Partnership with ASPIRE

            Leadership Development Training Program for emerging leaders within the agency BCHD Agency

            The Leadership Development Training Program is a 7-week program that focuses on empowering emerging leaders to showcase vision, seek growth opportunities, foster collaborations, and drive solutions that will lay the groundwork for future leadership roles. Throughout the program participants define their approach, advance their careers, and learn to efficiently guide teams and initiatives in BCHD.

            The first cohort of participants were recommended for exemplifying the potential for leadership excellence. After successfully completing the 7-week Leadership Development Training Program, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
