Education, performance, dedication, may get you recognized and promoted to a certain level. But “leadership potential” is not always enough to allow you to realize your full potential. Ever feel that you have been overlooked for a promotion when you were fully qualified? It may be because you do not “look” the part. It is not just competence that get one promoted. Sometimes the only thing holding excellent leaders back is their “executive presence”. This 2.0-hour workshop examines the elements of executive presence.
