Loyola's Coaching Certificate Program

In each course, you will receive peer support, small-group coaching simulations, mentor coaching, hands-on practice, and continuous reflection to learn and practice coaching mindsets and strategies.

It enables exploration of directions and priorities, aligning core values with intentional processes to realize desired outcomes. Through compass work, coaches and clients reevaluate beliefs, behaviors, and systems, fostering substantial growth and development.
