Connor Oke is a Marketing Consultant who has been assisting ASPIRE in 2023. He has applied what he learned about the workforce and training needs while working at a Chamber of Commerce on the North side of Indianapolis to help develop a training framework that addresses the needs of people at three levels; technical skills, interpersonal skills, and mindset skills. He is passionate about equipping people to do their jobs well, build great relationships, and develop confidence in themselves.
