- Identify questions that are legal and illegal to ask in an interview
- Write interview questions that align with the key components of the position
- Create a way to record and evaluate candidate responses during an interview

- Debrief an interview for meaningful conclusions
- Make a recommendation about a candidate based on objective observations and the candidate’s alignment with the position
