Participants will be able to immediately apply coaching knowledge and skills in various settings that include parenting, community organizing, workshop facilitating, leading, advising, teaching, and many more! At the end of Course 3, participants will have the coursework and mentor coaching required for ICF Level 1 certification.

This Level 1 coaching program includes the following courses:
- Mindful Coaching - Course 1
- Reflective Coaching - Course 2
- Explorer Coaching - Course 3
Schedule
Each course will meet on Wednesday nights from 6:30-9pm EST. The start date for Course 1 is 1/13/27.
Mandatory Attendance is required at all course sessions. Sessions will not be recorded to view if absent. (Exceptions may be made for unforeseen emergency situations, but attendance is vital for ICF certification requirements and to support your peers in the cohort.)
