Participants will be able to immediately apply coaching knowledge and skills in various settings that include parenting, community organizing, workshop facilitating, leading, advising, teaching, and many more! At the end of Course 3, participants will have the coursework required to start the process of applying for ICF Level 1 certification.

This Level 1 coaching program includes the following courses:
- Mindful Coaching - Course 1
- Reflective Coaching - Course 2
- Explorer Coaching - Course 3
Schedule
Each course will meet on Tuesday nights from 6:30-9pm EST or Thursday mornings from 9-11:30 EST. While some flexibility is allowed, please select your primary class during registration.
The start dates for Course 1 are 9/8/26 (Tuesday) and 9/10/26 (Thursday).
Mandatory Attendance is required at all course sessions. Sessions will not be recorded to view if absent. (Exceptions may be made for unforeseen emergency situations, but attendance is vital for ICF certification requirements and to support your peers in the cohort.)
