Education, performance, dedication, may get you recognized and promoted to a certain level.
But “leadership potential” is not always enough to allow you to realize your full potential. Ever feel that you have been overlooked for a promotion when you were fully qualified? It may be because you do not “look” the part. It is not just competence that get one promoted. Sometimes the only thing holding excellent leaders back is their “executive presence”.
This 2.0-hour workshop examines the elements of executive presence. What it is in general and what it is in your organization. Participants will: (1) examine a generic model of executive presence, (2) create an appropriate definition of executive presence for their current position and the next level, (3) conduct an assessment of their executive presence, and (4) develop an action plan to develop their executive presence.
