Leadership Purpose

With the volatility and constant change of the current business environment, leaders must be adaptable and flexible. However, the day-to-day pressures can obscure the greater vision of a leader. Why does your leadership position exist? This two-hour workshop will allow leaders to define their vision and take action to realize it.
Participants will create a leadership purpose statement and actions to achieve that purpose. Understanding one’s leadership purpose allows individuals to lead with clarity. The statement succinctly states why a leadership role exists, sets clear priorities, and states the impact the leader will make.
In a highly interactive and experiential session participants will complete: (1) an analysis of what organizational success is 12 months in the future, (2) a vision of their leadership to achieve that success, (3) a self-assessment of their current state and challenges, and (4) a personal leadership purpose statement and several specific actions to obtain their vision.
