#### Description

This Organizational Development and Leadership hybrid course is 6 modules over 2 years. Each module is 9 weeks as well as an in person 4 day conference for presentation of the Practicum Project that students implement over a one year time frame with their school. The course requires study of 8 books on leaadership and numerous articles.

#### Learning Outcomes

Learners will learn about emerging and experienced leaders a hands-on, experiential and applied approach to the skills and concepts of a transformational leadership methodology within a “whole school” systemic context. It offers participants an understanding of how to lead in the midst of change and complexity in an ever-evolving world. Modules include the inner work of the leader in developing self-differentiation, courage, clarity, compassion and presence in the workplace.

#### Additional Information

**

The course participant is required to declare a project that is developed to   
enhance and add value to their institution as well as stretch and increase the   
leader’s own capacity in the process. The leader will present the results of   
this project to the cohort during Module 6. The named project may have a   
short or long term plan and the presentation can include where they are in   
that process – completed or in the first stage as described.
