Leadership Essentials Women’s Group is an add-on to Leadership Essentials designed specifically for the unique challenges facing female leaders. LEWG will combine in-person sessions on leadership topics and one-on-one coaching with an experienced leadership coach. During this tuition-based program, participants will continue to develop their leadership skills and form a valuable cohort for ongoing networking and support.

- Change Leadership: Skills for change, conflict, and organizational management
Additional Information
One-on-one leadership coaching: Participants will have five one-on-one sessions (October – February) with a leadership coach to set goals, create an action plan, explore challenges, and reflect on their leadership experience.
Skill-based sessions: The full cohort will meet monthly from September to December 2024. In-depth explorations of leadership topics facilitated by subject matter experts. Ongoing Networking & Support: The cohort will convene virtually in mid-March for a sharing session and in-person in May for a social gathering. Optional: Attendance at Howard County Chamber’s Women’s Leadership Conference on March 1.
