Special attention will be given to the process of creating individualized adaptations and supports for success. Collaborative partnerships and focus on a child’s strengths make it possible to effectively address conditions that interfere with a child’s success in the Montessori environment. With a strong support network to help teachers, the developmental power of social inclusion emerges and with it the joy that inclusion brings to the entire community.
