Upcoming Workshops

Showing Up Coach-Like as Parents and Caregivers

Participants will engage in coaching and conversations about what it means to show up more coach-like with our children and other young people in our lives. What if we did less telling and more asking with our children? What impact might a curious approach to parenting have on our relationships and interactions with our children? During this session, we will explore the importance of asking questions, attending to a moment, and being present with our children. We will practice with powerful questions, active listening strategies, and mindful coaching applied to parenting.

Workshop Date: March 5, 11:30am-1pm EST

Delivery: Virtual

Cost: FREE
