Questions about courses will be addressed on weekdays, 9am -5pm EST when the University is in session. So, please take into account that it may take up to 72 hours to receive a reply if you submit a support ticket on the weekend or during a holiday. The University is completely closed between Christmas Eve and New Years Day.
